But on the contrary, ordinary kiosks generally run as standalone systems or have limited integration with hotel PMS or channel managers. These ordinary kiosks usually lack advanced upsell features or integration with external OTAs and services.

The physical features of our Hotel Kiosk include TouchScreen, IC and passport scanner, receipt printer, card dispense and payment terminal. The special feature of our hotel kiosk is that we have smart door lock integration and can automatically issue room access rights through smart locks or room cards. This is what makes us different from other ordinary kiosks. Ordinary kiosks usually do not support room card issuance or payment.
